It’s great to work with a company that’s able to supply outstanding products but it’s even more enjoyable to see how your staff demonstrates incredible customer service.

When I needed some product desperately and time was not on my side, you made the decision to personally deliver the product the next morning. In order to accomplish this Danielle put the product in her vehicle and drove six hours to insure we had the material when we needed it.  In my opinion it doesn’t get better than that.  If I were on the front lines and I needed ammunition I would call your staff to deliver.

Tim’s service, attentiveness, and enthusiasm for the success of this project was phenomenal. The Sheer Veneer product was a delight to work with and came out 100% according to spec. I had presented all of these final pieces to my client at the same time. Her and her employee’s reaction to all of the pieces was needless to say–incredible. They were amazed. Eve and her employees were emotionally overwhelmed and they expressed their unspoken appreciation of these pieces through tears. Of course followed by some spoken words of appreciation, some that may involve an asterisk or two if they were quoted.

Again, thanks for all of your hard work. It’s great to know that there are companies out there that still value and provide the level of customer service and quality of product that Sheer Veneer does.
